Follow the instustions below exactly:
1. Log out of Stardoll (Very important so you get the right video playing 
)
2. Press Ctrl+Shift+DEL (at the same time) & a window will pop up, in the top box ‘time range to clear’ select ‘everything’ and then in the ‘details’ drop down box select all options (it should look like the picture below) and then click ‘clear now’
If you are using internet explorer go to ‘tools>delete browsing history’ and choose ‘delete all’
3. Change the manual proxy to one of those above!

5.Log in
6.Watch the whole trailer… and the dress will be in your suite
