So me and clarapop decided to create a comp only 4 halloween so one of them is the Next TSI Witch:
we in this comp will accept all enteryes and on October 25th we will choose the top 10 and they must wear themselfs in halloween( if tehy want to)
after doing that we will put the pics in a poll.
