Free dove tshirt and necklace

If you join the club Dove_Wonderful then you will get a free dove t-shirt and a dove necklace!
And does anyone know how to make these banners as I'm helping my friend do a blog and she asked me to make a banner and I have no idea how!If you do know please let me know!

he glorious new make up store,Dot has arrived and its looking super good,its got bright colours ranging from mint green to sun yellow,eyeliner,lipstick all of it...lets just say its right for summer!.
Aswell get a new free face cleanser which is a white ball and takes away your make up,idk if its just for Dot or for all make up.
