Unless you are from Sweden you will need a proxy to join the club,

when you join you get the perfume bottle and if you invite a friend (from the drop down menu to the right of the club!) you get the bracelet!

Use manual proxy 79.99.2.169 and port 80 by follow instructions here on how to use it!
